Three Muses - Frames

I don't know about you, but I always have trouble with frames.  Is it too large, is it too small, should I mat, should I not mat, should it be ornate or should it not, etc.   Decisions, decisions!!   Most everything here has been googled, except for the charming lady, who was a freebie from somewhere.   Thanks for stopping by!
