I'm afraid I "waxed philosophical" with this one. Mardi Gras makes me think of the French Quarter, and one can't think of New Orleans without thinking of Katrina, or the New Orleans Saints who recently won the SuperBowl. I tried to suggest the city rising again to overcome the devastation of Katrina. The words are part of the lyrics from the 1960's song "The City of New Orleans".
