Artspiration

This was done for a challenge to alter a bingo card at Scrapbook Graphics. I recently saw the idea of adding bright-colored overlays to vintage snapshots, and thought it interesting and effective. This is my first try at the concept. The snapshot is from Flickr Collage Images, and the flowers are from Christina Renee Designs. Tangie Baxter (of SBG) provided the bingo card freebie.
